Insurance Federation
The District of Columbia Insurance Federation (DCIF) is a nonprofit trade association whose mission is to advocate for the interests of insurers and related organizations within the District of Columbia and to educate lawmakers, regulators, and the general public about how the insurance industry operates.
The Federation was founded in 1986 and has been a catalyst to the modernization of the District’s insurance laws and regulations.
